Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and well-organized Personal Assistant (PA) who can assist with day-to-day tasks, communication, and coordination. The ideal candidate must be fluent in spoken English, comfortable with using a laptop or computer, and skilled in handling emails, MS Office tools, and social media platforms.
The role may be performed remotely but requires the candidate to have a laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and a smartphone. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term role supporting business or personal operations in a structured and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication and Coordination

Handle daily emails, respond to messages, and manage communication on behalf of the employer.

Draft professional emails, letters, and other forms of written communication.

Schedule and confirm meetings, video calls, and follow-ups with clients or team members.

Coordinate between departments, vendors, and clients when needed.
2. Computer and Online Work

Use Microsoft Office tools proficiently:

MS Word: For document preparation, formatting, and editing

MS Excel: For data entry, report preparation, and basic formulas

MS PowerPoint: For creating presentations (if needed)

Conduct basic online research and present findings in a neat, organized format.

Maintain digital folders, shared drives, and other work-related online documents.
3. Social Media and Online Tasks

Assist with updating and monitoring social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Schedule posts, track engagement, and help manage business pages or profiles (if applicable).

Monitor online presence, respond to basic queries or messages under guidance.
4. Personal Assistance

Keep a daily to-do list, reminders, and calendar management for the employer.

Assist in booking appointments, travel tickets, and other personal arrangements.

Manage time and tasks for the employer to ensure deadlines are met.
5. Reporting and Documentation
-
Prepare daily or weekly summary reports of tasks completed and pending work.

Maintain confidential records and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.

Draft minutes of meetings, reminders, or follow-up notes after calls.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
-
Minimum: 12th Pass
-
Preferred: Graduate in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science)
Experience:
-
Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Admin Coordinator, or Virtual Assistant preferred

Freshers with excellent English communication and computer skills are also welcome to apply

Technical Skills
