We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our real estate team as a Personal Assistant. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the real estate team.

Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and team members, handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, including contracts, leases, and other important documents.
