Requirement for Personal Assistant (PA) for a reputed Company
Work based on totally Field visit, Documents collection
Only MALE (Fresher and Experienced) applicable
*Criteria- above 10th class
*Special Criteria: Having Positive Vibes, Go getter Attitude, Having a good sense of Humour, Time punctuality
*Special Requirement- Two Wheeler (with DL)
*Age Limit- 18-30 years
*Salary- 10k- 12K + Fuel cost
Noted: Looking candidate who can be thinking for Long-Term employment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar and Schedule Management:

Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, deadlines, and travel.

Prioritize tasks and events, ensuring optimal time management and avoiding conflicts.

Send reminders and prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and reports in advance.
2. Travel Arrangements:
-
Plan and coordinate national and international travel including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.

Prepare travel expense reports and ensure proper documentation for reimbursements.

Handle last-minute changes or cancellations with efficiency and minimal disruption.
3. Communication and Correspondence:

Manage incoming emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.

Draft, review, and respond to emails, letters, and memos when required.

Maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and internal departments through timely follow-ups and correspondence.
4. Meeting Coordination and Follow-Up:
-
Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.

Prepare meeting rooms, materials, presentation equipment, and refreshments as needed.

Take notes or minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
5. Office and Personal Task Management:

Organize files, documents, and office supplies to ensure easy retrieval and efficiency.

Handle personal errands or requests on behalf of the executive, such as courier arrangements, appointment bookings, or occasional family-related tasks.

Maintain discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential or sensitive information.
6. Administrative Support:

Handle document formatting, data entry, and report generation.

Coordinate with HR, finance, or legal departments on documentation or approvals.

Prepare executive summaries, presentations, or communication drafts.
7. Event Planning and Coordination:

Assist in planning and organizing business events, off-sites, or staff engagements.

Coordinate vendor communication and venue bookings when required.
-
Ensure all logistics are handled smoothly and according to preference.
