Job Description
1. Job Overview
A Personal Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and personal support to senior-level managers or individuals. The role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, arranging travel, handling correspondence, and performing other tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of professional and personal activities.
The PA serves as the first point of contact between the employer and internal or external stakeholders, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Administrative Duties

C. Travel & Event Management

Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.

Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth execution of travel plans.

Organize conferences, business events, and personal functions, managing all logistics.
D. Communication & Coordination

Act as the primary liaison between the employer and internal teams or external stakeholders.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Represent the employer professionally during meetings, calls, or events.
E. Personal Assistance

Manage certain personal errands such as bill payments, shopping, and household coordination.

Assist in planning personal events, vacations, or family-related arrangements.
