Job Description
Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant (PA) provides comprehensive administrative and personal support to executives, managers, or business owners to help manage their daily activities efficiently. The role involves handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, maintaining records, and performing various administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, discreet, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar and Schedule Management:

Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to schedule meetings.

Send reminders, prepare agendas, and ensure all appointments are organized.

Communication Management:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and other communications.

Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal or external parties.

Travel and Logistics Coordination:

Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Prepare travel itineraries, expense reports, and necessary documentation.

Ensure seamless travel plans with contingency arrangements when required.

Document Management and Record-Keeping:

Maintain organized records of meetings, files, and important documents.

Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required.

Handle confidential documents and maintain a high level of discretion.

Meeting Preparation and Support:

Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings.

Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.

Ensure all necessary materials and resources are available for meetings.

Educational Qualification:
