Salary: ₹20000 to ₹25,000 per month to start with during probation period

Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Personal Assistant - PA to the Founder who can support daily operations across various verticals. This dynamic role requires a proactive individual ready to assist the Founder in all tasks, from project research to managing tools, coordinating with stakeholders, attending meetings, and providing seamless support in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist the Founder in all daily tasks with responsibilities that adapt to ongoing needs, including file management, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and more.
Meeting Management: Schedule and attend meetings, take notes, and occasionally represent the Founder; coordinate agendas and manage travel arrangements if needed.
Project Tracking & Tool Management: Utilize tools like in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
Junior Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior team members when required, assisting them in understanding project tasks and timelines.
Adaptable Hours: Flexibility with working hours, including extended hours as needed, with corresponding adjustments.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree / or Any
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to represent the Founder professionally.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
