Job Overview:
We are hiring a Personal Assistant to Managing Director (MD). This position is open only for female candidates. The ideal candidate should be reliable, organized, and proactive, with strong communication and multitasking skills. Proficiency in computer applications like MS Office and Excel is a must.

The candidate may be required to travel for meetings within the same city or state, and occasionally out of station, based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily schedules and calendars of the senior management team.
• Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, and other communication) on behalf of the management.
• Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and organize records, files, and databases.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of various reports and tasks.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with other tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
