About the Role:

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in daily operations, strategic planning, and overall business management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and prioritizing the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Overseeing key projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met efficiently.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assisting with decision-making processes and providing insights for business growth.
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics as required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in executive management or administrative roles will be a plus. Freshers are most welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
