Job Description
About the Role:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in daily operations, strategic planning, and overall business management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and prioritizing the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Overseeing key projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met efficiently.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Assisting with decision-making processes and providing insights for business growth.
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in executive management or administrative roles will be a plus. Freshers are most welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
