Job Summary
The Personal Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets related to personal loan products. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored personal loan solutions. Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation

Actively promote and sell personal loan products to individual clients through direct sales, cold calling, referrals, field visits, and networking.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

Execute promotional campaigns and sales drives to generate new business leads.

Lead Management

Identify and develop new customer relationships through personal and professional networks.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, inbound calls, and customer inquiries.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update lead status in CRM or sales management systems regularly.

Conduct detailed discussions with customers to understand their financial requirements and eligibility.

Provide accurate information about loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.

Ensure a positive customer experience through professional conduct and responsive communication.

Loan Processing

Assist clients with the completion of loan application forms and collection of required documents such as ID proofs, income statements, bank statements, and other KYC documents.

Coordinate with credit teams to ensure timely approval of loan applications.

Follow up with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth disbursement of funds.

Ensure all customer documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
