Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our growing financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products to individuals, helping clients meet their financial needs while supporting the organization in achieving its sales goals.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will engage directly with customers through various channels—walk-ins, field visits, telecalling, digital leads—and play a key role in building customer relationships and ensuring a seamless loan application process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Customer Acquisition

Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, or database calling.

Meet with potential customers to understand their loan requirements and explain the features and benefits of available personal loan products.

Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documents are collected and submitted accurately.

Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (e.g., number of loans disbursed, revenue generated).
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Provide prompt assistance and solutions to customer queries or concerns regarding loan terms, documentation, or disbursal timelines.

Follow up with leads and past customers to promote repeat business or cross-sell additional financial products (e.g., credit cards, insurance).
3. Documentation and Compliance

Verify and validate customer documentation such as identity proof, address proof, income documents, and bank statements.

Ensure that applications are processed in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk management teams to ensure timely loan processing and approvals.
4. Market Intelligence and Feedback

Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Collect feedback from clients and communicate insights to product and marketing teams for improvement of loan offerings and service delivery.
5. Reporting and Coordination

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and status updates using CRM software or internal systems.

Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to supervisors outlining performance metrics and lead conversion status.

Coordinate with internal teams including credit analysts, underwriting, and customer service to ensure smooth loan processing.
