Key Responsibilities 
  • Source and acquire new customers for personal loan products 
  • Explain loan terms, interest rates and eligibility criteria to prospects 
  • Collect, verify and submit required KYC and financial documents 
  • Coordinate with the credit team for loan processing and disbursal 
  • Follow up with customers throughout the loan journey
  • Meet monthly sales and disbursal targets
