Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:

Greet visitors, clients, and associates with a warm and professional demeanor

Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and general inquiries

Maintain a neat and presentable reception area

Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs

Assist walk-in clients and provide basic information about company projects and services
Personal Secretary Duties:

Provide confidential administrative and personal assistance to the Director/CEO

Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
-
Draft and respond to emails, memos, and official correspondence

Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized and secure manner

Follow up on internal and external communication and ensure timely responses

Handle confidential documents and business information with utmost discretion

Coordinate between departments for smooth execution of tasks on behalf of management
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Female candidate

Presentable, polished, and well-groomed with a professional attitude

Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

Basic understanding of the real estate industry is a plus

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email handling, and internet usage

Quick learner, proactive, and detail-oriented

Should be comfortable in handling sensitive information confidentially
