Job Description
- Presentable Female who is Highly Passionate & Enthusiastic
- Provide secretarial & administrative support
- Responsible for operational works.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Should know Telugu, Hindi and English languages.
- Responsible for maintaining records of guests, visitors, customers, etc.,
- Arrangement and coordination of meetings and conferences. Preparation of minutes of various Meetings.
- Travel arrangements to be made as per Director programs.
- Booking of flight Tickets, Hotel Accommodations, Boarding & Lodging, Cabs to be arranged in advance of travel.
- Should have basic knowledge on Social Media.
