Job Description
- Need smart, young, presentable , good looking, innovative, highly enthusiastic and broad minded female candidate ( age between 20 to 28 ) for post of personal secretary to MD to manage day to day operations..
- Candidate should be computer savvy, with excellent communication skills, good command over English Language in reading and writing who is willing to deliver ensure business delivery and who is eager to grow and highly committed..
- Co-ordinate with clients, models and artists.
- Organize meetings
- Maintain data base
- Follow ups and getting things done systematically.
- Attending meetings with MD
- Occasional travel for business meetings
- Undertaking communications as directed by Director
- To manage operations independently in absence of Director
- Manage and update schedules of appointments & meetings and to ensure it timely arranged
