Job Summary:
The Personal Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the owner of the company. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communication, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, discreet, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support

Manage the owner's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.

Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the owner.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Maintain and organize important files and records (both digital and hard copy).
2. Communication & Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact between the owner and internal/external stakeholders.

Liaise with senior management, clients, vendors, and partners on behalf of the owner.

Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on pending matters.
3. Travel & Logistics

Make travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, or business events.

Accompany the owner on business trips or local visits if required.
4. Confidentiality & Discretion

Handle sensitive information and business matters with the highest level of confidentiality.

Maintain trust and professionalism in dealing with personal and company-related tasks.
5. Office & Personal Tasks

Assist with personal errands, scheduling family appointments, or managing household tasks when requested.

Support in project coordination or research as assigned by the owner.

Ensure timely reminders and task follow-ups to help manage the owner's priorities.
