Job Description

(Plastic Jars, Bottles & Juice Bottles) Experience in both Manual and Automatic Machine. Able to set parameters to get quality products without any defects. Able to do troubleshoot Minor Problems of Machine and solve major issues with the help of maintenance team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation:

Set up and operate PET blow molding machines (manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic types).
Monitor machine performance during production to ensure proper function.
Perform pre-startup and end-of-shift checks to ensure smooth operation.

2. Quality Assurance:

Inspect finished bottles for defects such as improper shape, wall thickness, leakage, or surface imperfections.
Adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and timing as necessary to correct deviations.
Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Conduct minor maintenance such as changing molds, cleaning components, and replacing basic parts (e.g., heaters, sensors).
Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues and escalate complex problems to the maintenance team.
Lubricate and clean machines regularly to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous production.

4. Material Handling:

Load preforms into hoppers and ensure consistent supply for uninterrupted machine operation.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage during the process.
Coordinate with material handlers for timely supply and storage of preforms, finished bottles, and packaging materials.

5. Record Keeping & Reporting:

Maintain accurate logs of production data, including quantities produced, machine performance, and downtime.
Report any malfunctions, quality issues, or safety incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Participate in daily shift meetings to provide feedback and receive production targets.

6. Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required while working near high-temperature or high-pressure equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
