Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and reliable Petrol Pump Filler to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for refueling vehicles with petrol, diesel, or CNG, ensuring accurate billing, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a strong work ethic, honesty, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
This position is strictly for local candidates from Amreli and nearby villages who can work full-time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fuel Dispensing Operations

Fill petrol, diesel, or CNG into customer vehicles as per their request.

Follow all safety protocols while handling fuels and operating dispensing machines.

Ensure correct fuel type is filled in each vehicle to avoid customer complaints or damage.

Handle cash or digital payments accurately and provide receipts.
2. Customer Service & Interaction

Greet customers politely and assist them with any queries.

Offer a friendly and respectful approach to all visitors.

Maintain a neat and clean working area to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
3. Safety & Compliance

Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies while handling flammable materials.

Report any leakage, equipment malfunction, or suspicious activity to the supervisor immediately.

Wear the provided uniform and safety gear at all times during work hours.
4. Record Keeping & Reporting

Maintain accurate daily logs of fuel dispensed and payments received.

Assist in daily cash tallying and reporting to management.

Cooperate during stock checks and audits.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of operating petrol/diesel/CNG dispensers.

Ability to handle cash and digital transactions.
Soft Skills

Good communication skills in local language (Gujarati/Hindi).

Friendly, honest, and customer-oriented approach.

Attention to detail to ensure correct billing and fuel type.
Work Schedule

Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Full-time)

Work Days: All days, with weekly rest as per company policy.
