Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) invites applications for the position of Individual Engineering Consultant
PNGRB invites fresh applications for the engagement of Individual Engineering Consultants on a contract basis. The details of the level of the Individual Engineering Consultants, qualifications, and experience required are as under:
1. Category of Individual Consultant: Individual Engineering Consultant
2. Qualification: Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Master’s degree in Science/ Economics/ Operations Research or equivalent from a recognized university or institution
3. Experience: Experience of more than 15 years in (a) Experience of techno-economic project appraisal/evaluation/choice of a project involving large investments in the field of oil and gas pipelines, storage capacities, marketing infrastructure/ city gas distribution, etc.; or (b) Experience in development/ formulation of regulations or familiarity with latest technological developments in the oil and gas sector; or (c) Experience in setting up of city gas distribution network, its operation, and maintenance; or (d) Experience in operation and maintenance of oil and gas pipelines; or (e) Experience in drafting of technical standards/safety codes pertaining to oil and gas pipelines and installations.
4. Desirable: Previous exposure to Competition Law
5. Lump-sum monthly remuneration: For Individual Consultant under Level IV, Rs 1,10,000/- with a 10 percent increase on successful completion of each year in PNGRB. No other allowance on account of conveyance, telephone, etc will be paid
Age Limit:
The age of the applicant to be engaged as an Individual Consultant as on the date of Webhosting of Public Notice for the position shall be below 62 years.
