PGT/ TGT/PRT Mathematics Job recruitment in Delhi Public School, Bhilai
1. P.G.T.: Mathematics
E.Q.: M.Sc. and B.Ed.Desired experience: 3 years of teaching +2 classes/10 years of teaching secondary classes.
2. TGTs* (Lady Teachers)
(a) Health Wellness Teacher
E.Q.: M.A. (Psychology/Child Development)/Post Graduate with Diploma in Career
Guidance and Counselling.
Desired experience: 1 year of working as Health Wellness Teacher/Counsellor in a
CBSE/ICSE/State Board affiliated school.
(b) Dance
E.Q.: Post Graduation in Dance. Desired experience: 3 years of teaching dance to classes VI-X/10 years of teaching
dance to Primary classes.
3. PRTs (Lady Teachers)
(a) English*
E.Q.: Graduation/Post Graduation in English and B.El.Ed./two years D.Ed**.
(b) Physical Education
E.Q.: Graduation in Physical Education or B.P.Ed.
Desired experience for (a) & (b): 3 years of relevant school teaching experience.
*Those who have qualified CTET/TET will be preferred. **Applicants must possess two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) or Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). (Those who have B.Ed. should have completed/ registered for six months’ bridge course from NIOS. It is mandatory to submit proof).
4. (a) Staff Nurse (Lady)
E.Q.: B.Sc. (Nursing) and registered with Indian/State Nursing Council.
(b) Receptionist-cum-Typist
E.Q.: Graduate with proficiency in English and good working knowledge of computers and EPABX.
(c) Typist
E.Q.: Graduate with good working knowledge of computers and proficiency in English & Hindi Typing. Desired experience (a) to (c): 3 years of relevant experience.
Candidates who have secured minimum 50% at each level from Class X upto the required minimum qualification only need apply (Excludes Sl. No. 4). For posts mentioned against Sl. No. 4, relaxation in minimum % required in X/XII/Graduation by 5% will be considered (in one only).
For posts mentioned against Sl. Nos. 1 to 3, those candidates who are presently working in a recognized school only need apply i.e. a candidate must have been serving for a minimum of six months in any recognized school at the time of applying.
As far as the educational qualifications for the posts from Sl. No. 1 to 3 are concerned, the school follows NCTE norms as prescribed from time to time.
Those who have studied throughout in English Medium will be preferred. The required experience is desirable, not essential.
Age: below 45 years for Sl. No. 1, below 40 years for Sl. No. 2 and below 35 years for
Sl. Nos. 3. Max. 40 years for Sl. No. 4. Age/Experience: May be relaxed in case of outstanding candidates.

DPS, Bhilai is one of the satellite schools in the chain of schools run by The Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi, a non-profit making organisation, dedicated to the cause of quality education in India and abroad. The co-educational school was established in Bhilai on 20th August, 1985, in collaboration with the public sector undertaking, Bhilai Steel Plant (SAIL),which provided the land (16 Acres) and assistance in various other matters at its inception.
