Job Brief
- We are looking for a Pharma Support Executive.
- A Pharma representative, or PR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Should handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolving queries of the clients over Phone, Chat and Email.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Must be B pharmacy qualified candidate.
- Proficiency in English along with Hindi or any Regional Language.
- Should have good communication & inter-personal skills.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Should have Basic computer & Internet skills.
