Job Description
This job role shall be responsible for SOP preparation, documentation of GMP activities, inventory
management and Warehouse supervision and management
JOB PURPOSE (Purpose of associates task to be defined in brief)
1. GMP & abiding and ensuring compliance to the Health, Safety & Environment policy.
2. Ensure compliance with Pharmacopoeia/Group Requirements /local and International authorities.
3. Completion of all trainings assigned to role
4. Ensure integrity of data at workplace
5. Responsible for RM /PM inventory storage and accuracy of Inventory and location.
6. To ensure receipt and sampling of Raw & Packaging materials & GRN process as per SOP.
7. Initiate non-moving & expired inventory write- offs for RM/PM/SFG/FG inventory with procedure for timely
disposition.
8. Responsible for routine & non-routine regulatory documentations.
9. Responsible for Finished goods dispatch
10. Purchase of miscellaneous material
11. Responsible for Inventory of RM/ PPM / FG
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY (Mention core tasks assigned to associate etc.)
1. Daily work allocation should be completed with agreed timelines.
2. Support in timely testing to achieve Lead-time and to achieve site KPI’s.
3. Follow ALCOA+, CLIDE and Speak-up, STOP-THINK-ACT culture to be developed.
4. No critical observation in Health authority / customer inspections.
5. No critical observation related to Data Integrity
