- Dispense medicine as per prescription, bill the same and match with the bill and collect cash.
- In case of Credit billing, post dispensing medicine, the bill must be handed over to the billing department, so that the credit is paid.
- The batch and expiry date must be checked before dispensing medicine
- Movement of stock must be maintained and verified on daily basis
- Monthly stock check to verify physical stock and stock shown, any differences in the same you'll be held responsible
- Any other tasks to be carried out at the instructions of the HMS/HOD
- Making GRN ( Entering Vendor Invoice into our system in the leave of absence of the Pharmacy In-Charge.
- Upon Return of dispensary by the patient the batch and expiry date must be verified with the initial bill of sale.
- Must be Punctual and adhere to the instructions and timings allotted by supervisor.
