HIRING ONLINE PHARMACIST
REQUIRED:
Bachelor Degree (B PHARM)
Can travel in Mumbai (Government pass will be provided by us)
LOCATION: Vikhroli(W), Mumbai
JOINING: Immediately
TIMINGS: 10am-7pm
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
To guide customers about Self Care Products
To give them prescribed medicines
Handle customer queries, and resolve their issues or initiate appropriate steps such as complaint escalation to relevant departments for resolution
Help them to take correct medicine in the correct method
Comply with all applicable legal norms
Take calls for Home Delivery and upsell
