Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced pharmacist to manage the entire pharmacy efficiently. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of medicines, inventory management, customer service, and regulatory compliance. This role requires leadership skills to oversee pharmacy staff, maintain stock, and ensure accurate dispensing of medications.
Key Responsibilities:
Pharmacy Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.

Ensure the availability and proper storage of medicines.

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Dispensing & Customer Service:

Accurately dispense prescribed medicines and provide dosage instructions.

Guide customers on medicine usage, side effects, and storage.

Handle queries, complaints, and provide excellent customer support.
Inventory & Stock Management:

Monitor and replenish stock to avoid shortages.

Ensure proper storage and expiry date tracking of medicines.

Work with suppliers and place orders as needed.
Regulatory & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with government and healthcare regulations.

Maintain accurate records of sales and prescriptions.

Handle billing, accounting, and documentation.
