Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on medication use, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: -
Providing expert advice on medication use, including dosage, interactions, and side effects, to patients and healthcare providers.
Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring timely delivery of medications to patients.
Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication therapy management for patients.
Conducting medication therapy reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
Participating in pharmacy initiatives to improve patient
Providing exceptional customer service to patients and the outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including licensure, accreditation, and insurance provider guidelines. Healthcare providers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and educating patients on medication use and management.
Maintaining accurate records of medication dispensing and patient interactions.
Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in pharmacy practice and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: -D.Pharm/B.pharm or any degree
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medication information to patients and healthcare providers.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficient in using pharmacy management systems and other technology tools to manage inventory, order supplies, and track medication dispensing.
