Job Description
- Processing of requirements for Pathology, Micro, Blood Bank and Dialysis department
- Receiving indent from Pathology, Micro and Blood Bank and generating PO for the same
- Mailing the PO and follow up with the vendor for the same
- Receiving invoice from vendor and checking
- Getting the PO authorized with the necessary signatories
- Attaching PO with invoice and sending the same to the assigned unit general stores
- Follow up with vendors for order places, pending quantity and other issues
- Generating item code for Pharma and medical consumable items in software
- Receiving PR for Dialysis department
- Preparation of indent for the same and sending the PO to the vendor
- Resolving vendor payment issues
- Sourcing of vendors as per requirement for pathology
- Preparing comparative analysis of rates from vendors for pathology as asked by the authority and handing over the same to them after completion
- Performing tasks as and when asked by the management
