Shall carry out the work assigned to him by the shift incharge.
Carry out all operations as per batch production records and standard operating procedures.
Take every care to maintain the parameters required for an operation during the process.
Checks WH label for right material with right quantity and charges with the assistance of helpers and destroy the labels.
Send samples toQC for in·Process tests as per BPR's.
Fill the batch production records and signs where necessary.
Record any deviation or abnormality in the batch production records and inform to Shift-lncharge immediately
Co-ordinates with Asst.ManagerI Plant Manager the SOPs of the production department.
Guide the Helpers in handling the equipment and materials.
Record the Inventory and Bin cards.
Maintain good housekeeping in the production premises.
Prepare the Equipment use log.
Follow the current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Perform the equipment calibration and cleaning acti\rities.
Ensure proper labeling to all containersI closures in the production area to identify the materials.
Intimates Shift In charge to observe critical parameters of BPR.
Update the status cards.
