Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Confirm patient names and IDs using strict safety steps on hospital floors.
Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages and health conditions.
Choose the best tool (butterfly or straight needle) for each specific patient.
Mark every sample immediately with the patient's name, date, and time.
Use a centrifuge to spin and separate blood according to state laws.
Deliver all collected samples safely to the nearby laboratory.
Handle a high number of patients while keeping the workspace clean.
Coordinate and travel between two or more polyclinics to manage daily blood collection needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications ✅
Education:Must have a BMLT (Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology) or DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology).
Certification: Any Govt. valid phlebotomy or lab training certificate is applicable
Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a phlebotomist profile.
At least 6 months Internship experience is considerable.
Must own a Bike with valid documents.
