Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Make calls to customers for collections and inform the amount due
• Maximize Promise to Pay (PTP) from connected customers as per set targets by convincing the customer to pay
• Maintain the quality of PTP’s that gets generated
• Deliver the log in efficiency as per set targets on number of calls made, number of PTP generated, number of PTP kept
• Ensure 100% accurate disposition of all calls in the dialer
• Ensure 100% adherence to process and scripts
• Achieve the call quality scores as per set target
Requirements:
• Graduate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Communication skills in any of the regional language: Tamil/Bengali/Hindi
• Persuasive and good at negotiation
• Knowledge of MS OFFICE
• Flexibility to work in shifts – 7 am to 7 pm
