Job Description
We have openings for Phone Banking Officer at Thane for ICICI Bank.
Purpose of the Job:
- The position will be responsible for resolving customer queries over the phone on a day to day basis thereby providing efficient customer service.
- This position also requires to cross – sell banking products to our existing customers over the phone.
- Academic Eligibility: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, BA, B.Tech etc.) with 0-4 years of experience.
- Post Graduate (non- MBA’s) can also be considered for this role
- Compensation (CTC)1.7 lakh- 2.3 lakh
