Role Description
Phone Banking Officer - Asst. Manager Grade
The Phone Banking Officer - Asst. Manager Grade role is focused on rendering services to Bank customers and ensuring satisfactory, first-time resolution is provided for all customer queries. To be successful at this role the incumbent needs to be the best for our customers by ensure process efficiency and cross-sell / upsell set products
1. Displaying complete onus to customers’ queries / problems
2. Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
3. Adhering to product and process requirements, with nil errors
4. Escalating customer issues to the right internal stakeholders
Qualifications
· Any Graduate (10+2+3 Regular Mode) with 50% marks and above in 10th, 12th & Graduation
· Good communication skills in English & Hindi mandatory
· Age: Up to 28yrs
· Experience: up to 2 years
· Location: Mumbai
· Salary: Rs. 4.08 Lakhs CTC per annum (including Incentives and benefits)
Process
Step 1:
· Clear SVAR Test
· Clear interview by SRMSB/Bank
· Conditional offer letter from Bank
Step 2:
· Complete Paid Training by SRM School of Banking Successfully
· 30 Days in Class Training program
· Location – Mumbai
Step 3:
· Join Bank as Phone Banking Officer
