Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Photo and Video Designer to join our content or marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, design aesthetics, and technical proficiency in both photography and videography. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand’s identity and engages our target audience across various platforms, including social media, websites, digital ads, and print materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Photography:

Photo Shoots: Plan and execute professional photo shoots for products, services, events, team members, campaigns, and promotional material.

Image Editing: Retouch and enhance photographs using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to ensure consistent image quality.

Content for Social Media & Web: Create eye-catching images for use on websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Product Photography: Shoot clear, compelling product images for catalogs, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
2. Videography:

Video Production: Plan, film, and edit short and long-form videos, including promotional videos, product demos, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and reels.

Editing: Use video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) to edit raw footage into polished final products.

Motion Graphics: Create basic animations and motion graphics using tools like After Effects or Canva Pro where needed.

Video Storytelling: Develop storyboards or concepts for videos that convey messages clearly and creatively.
3. Content Strategy and Collaboration:

Creative Input: Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and design teams to brainstorm and execute visual content aligned with campaign goals.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all photo and video content adheres to brand guidelines, visual tone, and messaging.

Campaign Support: Provide visual content for product launches, events, advertisements, and online promotions.
4. Equipment and Setup:

Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting, backdrops, microphones, and other gear.

Studio Setup: Set up on-location and studio shoots with proper lighting, background, and technical settings for optimal quality.
5. File Management and Delivery:

Organization: Manage and organize digital assets efficiently, ensuring easy access and archiving of photo and video files.

Delivery: Prepare final output in correct formats and resolutions for various platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube, print, web).
Technical Skills:

Photo Editing Software: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Video Editing Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.

Motion Graphics: Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other animation tools is a plus.

Camera Operations: Hands-on experience using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, tripods, lights, and audio equipment.
