Job Description
Vacancy available for Gender: Male
Required Skills: Proper Communication, Camera Operating Knowledge in Canon and Lighting setup skill, Creative way of capturing photos and videos.
Known Languages: Tamil, English (optional)
Graduation Level: Any Bachelor Degree
Experience Level: Min 3 year of Experience is required.
Working Hour: Depends on Shoot Time, Office Time will follow on Non-Shoot Days.
Work Type: Office and On-Site.
Salary Package: 20,000 to 25,000.
Other Mandatory Details: 2 wheeler and license is mandatory, Experience Certificate, Relieving Letter, Last 3 month Payslip from Previous Company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Pre-Production:
-
Understand the objectives of each photoshoot through meetings or briefs.

Scout locations, assess lighting conditions, and identify ideal backdrops or props.

Prepare and maintain photography gear including cameras, lenses, lights, tripods, and reflectors.

Collaborate with stylists, models, art directors, and clients to conceptualize shoots.
2. Photography Execution:
-
Capture high-resolution, well-composed, and properly lit images according to project needs.

Take candid, posed, and action shots as required in various scenarios such as weddings, product shoots, corporate events, or editorial projects.

Adjust camera settings based on lighting, subject, and environment.

Ensure client or brand guidelines are followed in every frame.
3. Post-Production and Editing:

Use editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One to enhance images.

Perform color correction, retouching, cropping, and formatting.
-
Deliver final photos in required formats (JPEG, RAW, PNG, etc.) within specified deadlines.
4. Equipment Maintenance:

Take care of all photography equipment and ensure it is always clean, functional, and ready to use.

Monitor battery levels, memory card storage, and perform routine checks on cameras and accessories.
5. File Management and Archiving:

Organize, label, and back up photos systematically.

Maintain digital archives of previous shoots for client reference or portfolio development.
6. Client & Team Communication:

Liaise with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and expectations.

Provide recommendations and guidance on visual styling or shoot logistics.

Collaborate with other creatives like videographers, graphic designers, editors, and content creators.
