Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Photography
-
Capture high-resolution images of individual products including apparel, accessories, electronics, cosmetics, homeware, etc.
-
Ensure images are accurately color corrected and highlight the true appearance of the product.
-
Style and light products for clean-cut packshots or creative compositions depending on the brand guidelines.
-
Work with mannequins, flat lays, ghost mannequins, and 360-degree rotation shoots if required.
2. Model and Lifestyle Shoots
-
Conduct model photoshoots for e-commerce listings and marketing campaigns.
-
Collaborate with stylists, models, and creative directors to produce fashion-forward, on-brand content.
-
Shoot indoor and outdoor model photography, considering mood boards and themes.
-
Adjust lighting and camera angles to capture flattering and consistent images.
3. Photo Editing and Retouching
-
Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other editing software.
-
Ensure that final images meet technical specifications for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, or Shopify.

Remove blemishes, correct lighting issues, adjust color tones, remove backgrounds, and align images for consistency across product lines.

Perform batch editing for large-volume shoots while maintaining quality and brand integrity.
4. Studio and Equipment Management
-
Set up and operate photography equipment including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, softboxes, reflectors, and tripods.

Maintain and organize studio space to optimize shoot efficiency and equipment safety.

Calibrate and maintain camera and lighting settings for consistent results.
5. Collaboration and Communication
-
Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to understand the visual content requirements.

Participate in briefings and brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and product launches.
-
Work with graphic designers and e-commerce managers to ensure imagery supports branding and sales goals.
6. File Management & Organization
-
Properly name, catalog, and back up image files using cloud storage, internal servers, or digital asset management tools.

Deliver edited images within project deadlines, maintaining clear records of all visual assets created.
-
Create variations of images for use across web banners, social media, ads, and mobile platforms.
