Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer with strong editing skills to join our content production team. This role involves handling end-to-end product photo and video shoots specifically for e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and others. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, an understanding of lighting, composition, and angles, and be capable of producing high-quality visual content that meets marketplace standards and enhances product appeal.
The candidate must also be proficient in photo and video editing software and understand the specific technical requirements for uploading product listings to e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Photography

Conduct high-quality product photo shoots in line with platform standards (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Capture product images from multiple angles including front, back, side, top, and close-ups for detailing.

Set up lighting and backgrounds appropriate for product types (apparel, accessories, electronics, beauty, home decor, etc.).

Ensure consistency in lighting, color, and quality across all product photos.

Prepare props or arrange product styling as per shoot requirements.
Product Videography

Shoot clean, informative, and engaging product videos showing product usage, 360-degree views, features, and benefits.

Use motion graphics or overlays to highlight product specifications if needed.

Ensure video output is optimized for e-commerce platforms in terms of resolution, file size, duration, and format.
Editing (Photo and Video)

Retouch images to remove background (white/transparent), adjust lighting, color, contrast, and sharpness.

Perform batch editing where necessary to meet high-volume requirements.

Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, including cutting, transitions, adding text overlays, background music, etc.

Ensure final content meets technical specifications for each e-commerce marketplace.
Project and Workflow Management

Collaborate with clients, stylists, models, and other team members to plan shoots effectively.

Ensure shoot deadlines are met and deliverables are submitted in proper format and on time.

Organize and maintain an efficient archive of raw and edited files.

Stay updated with the latest e-commerce image and video content trends and platform guidelines.
