- Must be believer in research and development and able to execute in his work.
- Good in coordination and planning. Able to manage the work in pressure and meet in the given deadline.
- Ability to experiment and incorporate new styles and trends in pictures.
- Maintaining proper file management of photos, accurately naming files & detailing any retouching notes.
- Should be creative, with a good eye for a picture able to understand the images requirements.
- Must have understanding of colours, lights and various tools of photoshop and lightroom.
- Must have good understanding of virtual staging, all Real estate work such as HDR, Day to Night vice versa, Images blending, Alignment, Lens corrections, Sky replacement, White balance correction etc.
- We are looking for an ideal candidate who is very well in photo shop engineering. Well versed in retouching, masking, editing, cropping, blending.
- Excellent understanding in colours, shadows, effects.
- The right candidate must possess comprehensive technical knowledge in the setup and operation of a variety of images and client instruction.
- The ideal candidate will be a master images manipulator with prior retouching experience and the ability to perform mid to high level editorial retouching (comping images, removing objects, extending backgrounds, beautifying, perfecting skin tones, colour correcting, etc.) .
- Candidate must be proficient and master with specifically Photoshop and Lightroom.
- We are looking for a team player who can handle team member’s queries and manage and control their work, enhance their productivity via excel tool and google sheets.
- Maintain proper channel of communication such as Emails, Skype, Whats App ETC and more important must be a good listener.
- We are looking for a right candidate who can understand and handle every situation.
- Well good in collaborate the client’s instruction into images.
- In order to do that candidate must have best knowledge of photoshop and lightroom tools.
- Must have knowledge of real estate and should have experience in the same.
- We are looking for someone who has a strong design aesthetic who can conceptualize images, source people skills, and perform the creative design to display images in various contexts and various tends which are running in the market.
- Candidate should also be able to grasp varying projects personalities and understand the unique aesthetic and tone of each project the one is producing work for.
- We are looking for the candidate who should have best knowledge of post processing of real estate images, images enhancement, watermark removal, fashion photo editing, wedding photo editing.
