- Developing software programs using PHP, MySql, JavaScript and HTML. Should have excellent knowledge in LAMP platform.
- Should have strong knowledge in MySQL database design and writing optimized MySQL queries. Having knowledge of large MySQL database maintenance and recovery of crashed database would be an added advantage.
- Having prior work experience in ERP/CRM and POS (Point Of Sale) software development, utilization and usage is highly regarded.

- Having knowledge in Dolibarr ERP/CRM is highly recommended.
- Developing proper backend support according to client's requitements.
- Having hands-on experience with any PHP based framework like WordPress, Joomla, Magento, CS-cart, Codeigniter, osCommerce, Drupal etc. will be an added advantage.
- Meet strict deadlines and work hard to achieve all objectives. Having OOP (Object Oriented Programming) concept will be added advantage.
- Should be a quick leaner of new technologies. Should have the ability to handle multiple technological projects at the same time.
- Changing and suggesting changes in the workflow of development for rapid progress.
- Taking up different roles for completion of the project.
