- You need to have good verbal communication and a ability to lead a small team.
- You should be capable of taking client inputs and turn them into requirement documentation and do the actual code in PHP.

- Experience of 2+ year in field of Open source platform
- You will be required to have good knowledge of Database - MY SQL, OOPs, AJAX, JAVASCRIPT, DTHML, CSS, OPEN SOURCES, SDLC, STRONG PROGRAMMING LOGICs
- CMS : Wordpress
- Understating of open source project like Joomla, Drupal, Magento
- YII framework, MVC framework- coding net
- Hands on experience on JQUERY, CURL, XML
- Knowledge of Action Script and linux will be a plus
- Familiarity with all phases of software development life cycle (analysis, design, development, testing and deployment).
- You should have good command over written & spoken English
