Job Description:
- Responsible for communicating with clients, outside vendors and staff members, immediate supervisors by carrying out basic clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, scanning, faxing, copying sending out emails, making copies and sorting the mail and also providing general administrative support.
- Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system and performing data entry.
- Answering the queries of customers/students over phone and also assisting in resolving any administrative problems in coordination with the management.
- Collecting the attendance sheet and feedback sheet of the students from the trainers.
- Managing day to day operation of the office and responsible for maintaining the office files and maintaining office supplies for every department.
- Responsible for training and supervising office clerks working in the department.
- Coordinating with all our centers and students regarding training certificate delivery.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi mandatory.
- Should be smart, good looking, highly energetic along with a pleasant personality.
- Should be comfortable/have etiquettes while talking to customers/clients over phone.
- Comfortable in working with office location at Rajouri Garden, Delhi.
