Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery

Conduct in-person or virtual classroom sessions on PHP and full‑stack development.

MySQL/PostgreSQL database design and queries

Front‑end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX

Modern JS frameworks/libraries like Vue.js, React, or Angular (optional but preferred)

RESTful API development and integration

Git and version control systems
-
Basic deployment on web servers or cloud platforms

Guide students through live projects, coding exercises, and real-world problem-solving scenarios.
2. Curriculum Development

Develop, update, and improve PHP full‑stack training content and documentation based on industry trends and learner needs.

Design assignments, quizzes, coding tasks, and assessments.

Create project-based learning experiences aligned with full‑stack development skills.
3. Mentorship and Support

Provide one-on-one guidance to students or trainees when needed.

Review code submissions, provide constructive feedback, and help troubleshoot issues.

Support students in developing their portfolios and preparing for job interviews or project presentations.
4. Technical Evaluation

Conduct technical assessments or entry-level evaluations for learners before and after the training.

Track individual learner progress and provide detailed reports to the training coordinator or management team.
5. Industry and Skills Awareness

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in PHP and full‑stack development.

Continuously learn and integrate new tools or techniques into the training materials.

Suggest new learning paths or modules based on industry demands or hiring trends.
6. Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with other trainers or curriculum designers to ensure consistency in teaching standards and content quality.
