Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Planning and Lesson Delivery

2. Classroom Management

3. Student Assessment and Evaluation

Conduct regular assessments through tests, quizzes, assignments, and laboratory activities.

Analyze student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Maintain accurate student records including attendance, grades, and progress reports.

Identify students who are lagging and provide remedial support or extra classes.
4. Practical and Laboratory Sessions

Conduct physics lab experiments to demonstrate theories in practice.

Ensure student safety by following proper laboratory protocols and supervising all experiments.

Prepare and maintain lab equipment and materials.
5. Educational Innovation

Use visual aids, multimedia tools, simulations, and models to enhance understanding.

Stay updated with the latest teaching trends and integrate digital platforms such as smart boards, online quizzes, and video lectures.

Encourage project-based learning and student-led initiatives in physics.
6. Parent and Faculty Collaboration

Participate in parent-teacher meetings and discuss student performance and areas for improvement.

7. Exam Preparation and Mentorship
