Job Description
- Responsible for picking up the food at the restaurant and delivering it to the customers of Swiggy.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the fleet in the allocated area to ensure timely delivery of food.
- Strategic planning to ensure uninterrupted order flow.
- Planning out the strategic locations for getting a good order count.
- Reporting on the issues and getting the solutions for the same.
- Setting targets to achieve incentives and order count.
- Weekly analysis of performance and improving on the short falls.
- Delivering the food on time to ensure good customer experience.
