Key Responsibilities
Picking:
Locating and collecting specific products from warehouse shelves or storage based on customer order forms or digital lists.
Quality Control:
Inspecting items for any damage or defects before they are packaged.
Packing:
Arranging products securely in appropriate shipping containers, adding protective cushioning (like bubble wrap), and ensuring they are well-protected for transit.
Labeling:
Attaching labels with order numbers, shipping addresses, and other necessary information to the packaged items.
Record Keeping:
Updating inventory systems, tracking fulfilled orders, and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
Warehouse Operations:
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks, and following all safety procedures.
