We are looking for a Picker/Packer to join our dark store operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders while maintaining speed and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick items from shelves based on the order list accurately and efficiently.
Pack orders safely to ensure no damage during delivery.
Verify quantity and quality of items before packing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dark store.
Coordinate with supervisors for timely order fulfillment.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th pass (preferred).
Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is a plus.
Physically fit; able to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
Comfortable working in shifts (morning/evening/night).
Basic familiarity with handheld devices or scanning equipment is a plus.
