Job Description

Sort product, Packing and scanning product. Age between 18 yrs to 32 yrs only. Basic English understanding. New by location will provide. For female only general shift. For male rotational shift. Weekly off on Monday to Thursday. Saturday and Sunday working.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking:
- Read and understand customer orders or work orders to determine items to be picked.
- Locate products in the warehouse using barcodes, serial numbers, or inventory systems.
- Pick items accurately according to the order specifications (correct product, size, quantity, etc.).
- Handle items carefully to avoid damage during the picking process.
Packing:
- Pack picked items into boxes or containers following company packing guidelines.
- Ensure products are securely wrapped, sealed, and labeled correctly for shipment.
- Include required documentation such as invoices, labels, and return instructions.
- Select appropriate packaging materials based on the type and size of products.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assist with stocktaking, cycle counting, and inventory audits when required.
- Restock shelves or picking areas as needed.
Quality Control:
- Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality and accuracy before packing.
- Report any damaged or defective items to the warehouse supervisor.
- Follow proper procedures for handling returned goods or items requiring repackaging.
Shipping and Logistics Support:
- Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of packed orders.
- Load packed boxes onto pallets or delivery trucks if required.
- Generate and affix shipping labels and other required documentation.
- Keep accurate records of orders picked and packed.
Workplace Safety and Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts if trained and authorized.
Report any hazards, spills, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic reading, math, and comprehension skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and carry items (typically up to 25–50 lbs)
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with inventory systems, handheld scanners, or barcode technology is an advantage
Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting daily targets
