Job Title: Store Packer – Quick Commerce Department: Operations / Warehouse Location: Bavdhan, Pune- 411021Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Shift-basedJob Summary:

The Store Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for timely delivery in a quick commerce environment. The role requires speed, attention to detail, and coordination with delivery riders and store staff to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick items from shelves or storage according to customer orders using mobile devices or pick lists.
Verify product quality, quantity, and expiry dates before packing.
Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during delivery.
Coordinate with delivery riders and dispatch teams to ensure timely order handover.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area and storage shelves.
Restock inventory when required and report low stock or damaged products.
Follow safety and hygiene standards as per company policy.
Support other store operations when required (receiving goods, labeling, etc.).

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in warehouse, grocery, or quick commerce operations (preferred).
Basic knowledge of handling mobile apps or scanners for order picking.
Good attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
Physically fit to stand for long hours and lift moderate weight.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

Shift-based work (including weekends and holidays).
Fast-paced store environment.
Standing and moving for most of the shift duration.
