We are looking for a Picker/Packer to join our dark store operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick items from shelves as per order list using handheld devices or pick lists.
Pack orders safely and efficiently to ensure no damage during transit.
Verify items for quantity and quality before dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dark store area.
Coordinate with store supervisors for order fulfillment and stock updates.
Follow safety and hygiene guidelines within the warehouse/store premises.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass qualification.
Prior experience in warehouse, e-commerce, or retail operations preferred.
Basic knowledge of handling mobile apps or order management systems.
Physically fit and comfortable with standing or walking for long hours.
Ability to work in shifts (morning/evening/night).
Salary: As per company norms
