Job Description
Job Title: Picker Packer – Blinkit (Mumbai)
Location: Ram Mandir, Andheri Azad Nagar, Borivali West, Sakivihar, Chandivali (Mumbai)
Company: Blinkit (Logistics Sector)
Work Type: Onsite | Full-Time
Eligibility: Male candidates, 18–35 yrs, 12th pass, basic Hindi/Marathi
Experience: Freshers welcome
Salary & Benefits:
₹14,000 in-hand + PF + ESIC
₹1,000 Attendance Bonus
Up to ₹9,000 Weekly Incentive
Shifts: Rotational (4 AM–1 PM, 5 AM–2 PM, 1 PM–10 PM, 2 PM–11 PM, 4 PM–1 AM, 5 PM–2 AM, 9 PM–6 AM, 10 PM–7 AM)
Weekly Off: Rotational
Interview: Face-to-face | Mon–Sat | 10 AM–5 PM
Role: Pick, pack, and sort items quickly and accurately; ensure smooth logistics operations across shifts.
