    • Job Overview:

    A Picker Packer is responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a warehouse or distribution center. They ensure that orders are accurately fulfilled, packaged securely, and meet quality standards before being sent to customers or retail stores.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Order Picking – Locate and retrieve items from storage based on order details.
    2. Packing & Labeling – Securely pack products in boxes or packaging materials and label them for shipping.
    3. Quality Checks – Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
    4. Inventory Management – Maintain accurate stock levels by updating records and reporting shortages.
    5. Sorting & Organizing – Arrange products systematically for easy access and efficient picking.
    6. Loading & Unloading – Assist in moving incoming and outgoing shipments using carts, trolleys, or forklifts.
    7. Following Safety Protocols – Adhere to warehouse safety guidelines to prevent injuries or damage to goods.
    8. Meeting Daily Targets – Complete assigned tasks efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    9. Using Warehouse Equipment – Operate barcode scanners, pallet jacks, and other tools to streamline the process.
    10. Maintaining Clean Work Areas – Keep workstations, aisles, and packing areas clean and organized.
