Job Description
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:-
Pick products from shelves accurately as per orders
-
Pack items neatly and securely for delivery
-
Scan items using mobile app or scanner
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
-
Follow safety and hygiene standards
-
Minimum 10th pass
-
Basic reading and numeric skills
-
Willing to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night)
-
Fixed monthly salary + incentives
-
6 days working, 1 weekly off
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Picking:
-
Retrieve items from inventory storage based on picking lists, order slips, or handheld scanner devices.

Verify product names, quantities, and codes to ensure accuracy of items selected.
-
Use picking equipment (such as carts, trolleys, ladders, or forklifts—if certified) to collect items from different warehouse locations.
2. Order Packing:
-
Pack picked items securely using appropriate materials such as bubble wrap, cartons, tape, or fillers.
-
Ensure products are protected during transit to prevent damage or spoilage.
-
Label packages clearly with shipping addresses, barcodes, and other required information.
3. Quality Control:
-
Inspect products for damage, expiration dates, or incorrect labeling before packing.
-
Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or items to the supervisor.

Follow company procedures for handling damaged or returned goods.
4. Inventory & Recordkeeping:
-
Assist with stock counts, shelf replenishment, and inventory control as needed.
-
Maintain accurate records of items picked, packed, or shipped.
-
Use handheld devices, barcode scanners, or software systems for tracking inventory movement.
5. Safety & Housekeeping:
-
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines related to equipment use, lifting, and packing.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards at all times.

Report any unsafe conditions or near-misses to supervisors immediately.
6. Team Support & Warehouse Operations:
-
Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily order fulfillment targets and deadlines.

Assist in loading/unloading goods from delivery trucks when necessary.

Contribute to cycle counts, stock checks, or seasonal stock rearrangement.
